During the tracking activities of the European mink in Aragón, a female specimen called Alera was captured to pass a veterinary test.
When a specimen is captured, it is released in the same place it was found.
In the test, the veterinary team takes biometric and/or blood samples and they put on the mink specimen a chip to following and identifyl it occasionally.
